Robbie, born August 4, 1978 in Estevan Saskatchewan has been rocking the drums since he got his first set at age 11. He was largely self taught and by 17 he was playing clubs around Saskatchewan. While playing in his high school jazz band, Robbie won numerous awards and scholarships for his performances. Eventually he began a long touring engagement across Canada with the heavy rock act "Zero". Next, Robbie recorded tracks for "Eva Gold" a band that featured Regina's soulful singing icon Casey Stone.

Robbie continued to play and record in a variety of original and cover bands in Regina while attending the University of Regina. In 2002 he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree majoring in Film and Video. Shooting music videos and editing T.V shows started to conflict with his increasingly busy gigging schedule. Soon he decided that music and drumming was his path, and for the past couple of years it has been his main source of income. Robbie is presently playing in the wacky cover band "Wonderland" and also Regina's well known "Men Without Shame." Along with the other guys from Men Without Shame- Rob recently played with Canada's Grammy award winning trio "The Wilkinsons".

"I have been playing regularly for awhile now and I've learned that playing is not the only ingredient to a successful working career in music." Robbie adds, "It's showing up on time, getting along with people and having an upbeat attitude. You must work hard and be willing to do what it takes to be the best you can be."
